Project Description

The client came to Joshua Smith Architect wanting to convert an existing 4 bedroom single family residence into a 6-bedroom hospice care residence. The building needed to be upgraded to provide barrier-free compliance, and extensive remodel to the interior would be needed to add two extra bedrooms to the residence.
