Project Description

AArbor Financial was relocating to a new building, and needed the tenant improvement designed, approved, and built before their existing lease expired. The client had a modern design aesthetic, and wanted open office spaces with earth tone interiors. Joshua Smith Architect designed the build-out, interior finishes, got the plans approved by the City of Irvine, and oversaw the construction in under 8 months to meet the client’s deadline.
