Project Description

The client came to Joshua Smith Architect with a desire to remodel the common space within their existing residence. They wanted to open up the space between the kitchen, dining, and living room to make a great room configuration. The kitchen was going to be remodeled with new cabinets and equipment. New exterior sliding doors were proposed to open up the living space to the outdoors.
