Project Description

Client came to Joshua Smith Architect with a desire to add a bedroom on the first floor of an existing residence for their aging mother. Analysis was done to determine the amount of square footage that could be added to the residence with the City Planning Department. We maximized the addition allowed while maintaining a street front presence that was in harmony with the existing neighborhood.
